To answer any questions you might have about breastfeeding or breastmilk expression, please schedule a session with our expert lactation educator here. You will receive a calendar invite via email. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you can no longer attend.
Warranty, Replacement, Returns & Refunds
The Wema breast pump has a 6-month warranty on the pump motor and power adapter. In case of any malfunction, we will replace the malfunctioning part and deliver a brand new one. Ts & Cs apply.
Our warranty does not cover any man-made damages or damage caused by improper usage. Personal items, such as the breast shield, silicone insert, air suction cap, diaphragm, pump body, duckbill valve, collection bowl, tubing, are outside the scope of our warranty once used. However, we sell spare parts for these items if you happen to damage or misplace them.
Due to the personal nature of breast pumps, we don't offer refunds on the Wema breast pump. In the case of any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email, WhatsApp, or our social channels.
